It's been aeons, since I've promised myself to start writing journals, blogging, or pretty much any form of writing. If I recall it right, I did try my hand on journals a couple of time. One of these journal entries had an entry where, while I was in the boarding school; during our study hour, I had seen my brother or his look-alike (I am not sure, as the view was partially blocked by a tree). I was of course overjoyed at the sight. Years later, whille I was preparing "tuppi badhera" (not really) for SLC; I spotted a small, hand-made diary with clumsily cut pages. You wouldn't believe what a heartfelt experience it was; I was smiling the silly smile the whole time...Anyways, before I enscond to nostalgia..After having read bulks of narratives from Anonymous faces, I finally muster the courage to take that first plunge. I doubt I'm gifted with good communication skills (but as far as the language skills go, I wouldn't shy away- I have commanded four and trying to learn the fifth), but what the heck; I think I'll still take that leap.
Over the years, I've admired people from every walk of life, and in the process aspired to become one of them. Darn, just one life and umpteen of things to choose from and endless things to learn. Oh ya, before I forget, San dai, when do you think would that "Sajha blog" be up and kicking?
Ahumm.....If you are wondering where this idea of scribbling the balmy thing came from, I'd have to say this temp-job of mine (which has made me a bench warmer..nothing more ..nothing less). As you can see, I am ecstatic at my "first-time" and I am aware of my arrhythmic babble too. Hope my English professor doesn't come to hear of this site and get upset that I didn't get much out of his class. Not that he was abominable, but how could one turn deaf ears to his overly thick "Southern-accent." Every time I walked in that class, it felt like Tsunami waves hit me. ..and hit me good..Thank God I was able to manage a decent grade and didn't need to live through the same tumultuous experience again. Continuing the saga of "Southern accent;" in another class of mine, I had a class-mate, who was good enough to pass for my father's age, to my horror wanted me to hang of the "Southern-accent." Co-incidence, you think, not me...hehe...It was a funny sight, when he would make me utter "ya all" every time I said "Hi...how are you?" He would often acknowledge my presence wih askew eyes-Avani! how many times do I need to teach you it's "ya all" and not "you!" But this was all in jest..With the end of the semester, the "accent' class ended too. Too bad, I never actually got hold of him or the accent henceforth. Not that it matters now.
I think I've managed that "first-time" plunge some how. Taking of the veil was a bit awkward, but hopefully I got enough chutzpah to keep seeking for adventure...

Loote ask yourself what you did to the emotion of someone who gathered her courage to start a topic. If you feel an ounce of realization, tell me how it feels!

To loote, the post was not a publicity stunt...and i repeat ...it WAS NOT! the whole idea was to get some feedback...but again...the overly creative and impudent person that you are you had to alter the whole thing....and thanks to you.. ..others with more constructive remarks wouldn't even bother...tsk tsk..

avani,
greetings from a southern ruffian!
how 'ya' doing? :P
at a risk of sounding meddlesome, please allow me some space in 'your' heart..errr..in your thread, i mean, will ya? :P.
call it a morbid curiosity, but after going through your "first time", i decided to click on your username just to get an idea of your age in sajha and guess what? you turned out to be older than me hehe :P. so albeit i don't need to iterate, one of the classic attributes of sajha, as i have known it since my own birth, has been digression and a complete turn around from the original topic. hence under sajha law 2006 clause no 420, my plea for remorse for this small upheaval which yours truly (the convict) dared to bring about in your otherwise thought provoking thread embroidered with literary beads, hopefully will be granted an approval. San Bro! you hear me!!! hehe

and yes, my sincere apology for the 'tsk tsk' phrase that my brazenness caused you to scribble.

*takes off his handkerchief (worth 99 cents from walmart) from his pocket and offers to avani* :P

flips,
i am a mere joker ...i only know how to let others laught at me :P
*murmurs*
"jeena yehan marna yehan, iske siwah jaana kahaan" hehe

LooTe
P.S. btw, avani, you answered that million dollar question of mine pretty well! hehe
