Your question doesn't explain your problem. However, the way you can upload your file is to click "Upload My File." Select the plan--you can temporarily do it as a standard member without having to regester. Then browse the file on your computer. That's it! There are several other sites for the same purpose. You may want to try dropload.com for larger file size. I think you can upload up to 100 MB on the latter one.

I don't understand what you are trying to say, but that thing works only if you have a music file (or any file) on THE COMPUTER. It can't import any music from the site itself. It is just that if you want to send a music file to someone, your e-mail can't hold such large file; so instead, you can upload the file and have your friend open it from his/her computer.
