Dashain is not a part religion. It is all about a war. Why a war has to be celebrated? War can not be religious. Let us not support war-either a war fought in ancient time or now.

It means then Maoists should celberate Dashain more?

Of course it can be....look at the Muslim extremists....they are fighting "Holy War" since ages.

ANYWAYS WAR IS NOT CELEBRATED BUT THE WIN OF THE TRUTH IS CELEBRATED AS FAR AS i KNOW.. BUT i DON'T CELEBRATE ANYTHING COZ i AM PERSON WHO DONT' BELIEVE IN GOD...

It means Durga did not destroy all evil forces (if evil is correct to say) when she fought a war. I see a lot of evil forces in Nepal right now, and we have been asking Durga to destroy them for centuries. Instead of destroying later, why Durga gives birth to such evils in the first place? Because Durga does not care about you, or you have not understood what Durga means. If she is a evil producer, Nepal should not welcome her.

Dashain is about good winning over evil. Evil existed at the ancient age, and it exists today and we cannot deny that.
If you stop celebrating Dashain then perhaps one day we will forget that good even existed and that the good can win. It is for us to remind that good wins at last and sets full stop on evil forces and mind. It is also a reminder for us to be good and not evil.

Yes war is bad but we should also remember that a good mind or a good person never starts a war, it is always the evil forces that are creating war, and the good is suffering and yet it is the good that wins at last, for if the evil takes over good then the world will come to an end.
So Dashain is important.

As for today we should learn the moral of Dashain, The moral is to be good, be peaceful, respect each other, destroy the evil within our self, the outside world be beautiful itself.

SO HAPPY VIJAY DASHAMI TO YOU ALL HINDUS OUT THERE FROM THE GURU HIMSELF.
