I got hooked to Sajha after reading wonderful articles written by Sum_Off. Gradually, I got to know Lootekukur, IMI, Shweta, Sajhauser, Freak, Puppify, bhushan, nails, gurudev, Tyra, bathroomcoffee, do_not_remember_me or please_remember_me J to name the few. I enjoyed their company a lot. Visiting Sajha has become a wonderful habit of mine (my boss does not think soJ). I just want to request everyone, “let’s keep this place safe and clean”. I know people will argue about freedom of speech etc etc. However, I strongly believe that the contents and pictures should be screened before being posted in Sajha. I don’t know how practical it is. I think San can answer the question. It will be so much better if Sajha Users refrain from writing filthy languages and posting indecent pictures. After visiting Sajha, I came to know how informative it is. I am amazed to find Nepali people having so much of talent in writing, arguing with amazing sense of humor. I’m just a simple person hoping that I can visit Sajha for a longest time. I guess it’s not too much to hope for.

I am wit' you Sndy!. Most of all, the 'clicker' will know what link he/she is opening in the first place when in a highly scrutinized domain.

Hi Sndy, Safe, Clean and Courteous would be very nice. I have considered the option of screening content and pictures before they are posted, but that job demands full time work because as you know people post here 27/7. It is just not feasible to do it. It would be better if posters themselves felt the responsibility of keeping sajha safe and clean so that many more people can enjoy it without having to be apprensive about what's going to pop up next on their screen when they open a kurakani thread. If sajha is safe and clean then more people from all different ages and backgrounds can enjoy it. The more the merrier!

I agree it's a full time job San. As you said, I think it's high time readers and posters take the responsibilty and keep Sajha safe and clean for all age group..

I am in accord with sndy and san. If users are responsible and sensible enough, the sajha will remain safe, clean and corteous. Let's keep our sajha clean...

I appreciate sndy's effort in creating an awareness amongst sajhaities. Most of us do enjoy keeping this sajha the safe, clean and courteous site. I have seen Sajha Chautari as a good example of friendship and fun in a good environment. Appreciative comments and Constructive Critism would definitely help those who explore their writing habit through this kind of forum. It's been 5 months and I have found lots of friends, lots of information from Sajha, however one should make sure that you are not addicted to it. :-)

Wow Camoflaged! I did not know one could meet friends here. I only consider friends that I can 'touch and feel'; I mean, ones in flesh and blood. Peace :)

sndy - Don't jump to a wishful and rosy conclusion quite yet. "We're heading somewhere" because the like minded are here posting their views. There are 'some' out there, for whom going against all you say is what fun is all about. . . or so it seems. San - if it was the case where "posters themselves felt the responsibility of keeping sajha safe and clean" this thread would have never appeard. TM - Thread initiator's rating the topic will not serve any purpose as someone else can post totally unrelated matter and make the "G" rated thread an "X" just as easily. Please don't get me wrong, I love beautiful "things", clothed or not. But I also understand that to many people from our part of the 'old' world, it could be quite disheartening (and embarrassing, depending on who you're looking at Sajha with) to see the pictures of scantily clad women on 'recently uploaded pictures'. Being on the home page - they could be quite 'in your face'. Suggested solution. Because it could be a "full time job" as San said, why not recruit some friends who you know are Sajha supporters with decent knowledge and get their help in 'monitoring' or taking some responsiblity of screening some contents in Kurakani, especially when 'notify admin' is clicked. For pictures, only aprove the decent pictures from an album to appear on the home page's 'recently uploaded' section - just like aproving comments left on Ramjham.com. BTW, I'm not only suggesting this but am quite wiiling to give you a hand, if you feel it could help. You've got to be very mindful that people that are willing to help know their boundaries very well - lest you turn them to censor board. My two cents - in support of keeping "SAFE, CLEAN AND COURTEOUS SAJHA".

I agree that porn materials, soft or otherwise should NOT be posted in sajha and since San dai cannot check every posting it is upto us to refrain from posting those pics. The other day I opened sajha at work and there were these girls in semi nude pics in erotic pose right in the front cover and my co-worker peeked in. It was embrassing, good lord. The pics are still there in the front cover of sajha though this time they seem to be relatively covered up. Nas u obviously get your kick from posting semi-nude ladies' pics and u even got award from sajha for that but u need to remember this is not an adult only website. Anyways, I have nothing more to say.

Meera, that's what happened to me too. Guys you have to listen to this one. I was talking to my mom few days back. I just mentioned Sajha casually. I was taken aback when she started to talk about one of the threads. I was like wow !!! My mom is a tough cookie to crack..I't s difficult to please her :) to put it mildly..But I learnt she's a frequent visitor to Sajha. Her only complaint was that there were some indecent photos and some threads etc..Hence, this thread !!
