Its been long we have been mourning about the regular failure of our team to deliver at the most needed time. We always shout at our batsman for failure but I can see there is a big room of improvement in every aspect of game.
Changing the coach or the captain or selection committee is too light work to show public that the regulating body of cricket is working. Leave that back. If CAN wish the improvement of Nepali cricket than, try these things which I can think to improve our performance.
We have shown in many times that we got players with immense talent and so many youngsters who can take the world stage. So, why cant CAN and the government materialize this resources.
My suggestions:

1. Improved League Format
National League
10 teams, 2 each from one developmental region i.e. winner and runner ups from regional league.
Regional league
Inter District League + Organisational teams such as Police or army or airlines team.
District League
Clubs in the districts should have matches between them and players should be selected from there on.
2. School Cricket
Inter school matches should be introduced. It should be in district level, and then regional level and national level.
3. Cup Matches
A match should be organised every year where all level of clubs can compete for a title. Knock out matches with cash prizes for winners of every matches should be introduced so that every club wants to proceed for the next round.
(Points 1, 2 and 3 all will bring players from all part of country. Even if we can find one good player every year than it would be a big success. for example: Dhirendra Chand was the finding of the national leauge when region 6 was introduced. Now he is the backbone of our pace bowling)
4. Professionalism
Players should be paid well for each match. Players playing for any level of cricket should be contracted at least for one year by the local cricketing authority. Central contract should be given to all national players. Players must have insurence paid by the authority. National players should be sent abroad for proper training frequently.
5. Infrastructure
All developmental regions should have atleast one Cricket Academies and one properly facilated stadium. All district should have one cricket coach and ground availabel.
6. Publicity
Cricket is not unknown game to our country but stil it needs publicity to attract players and sponsers. Live telecast is best way. If possible cricket matches should be frequently televised live wherever possible. Sponsors are most required for financial reasons.

The idea of leauge should be availabel to all age level matches.I am quite certain that if all these implemented Nepali cricket will not take many years to compete in world level. For all this we need a responsible and transparent cricketing authority.
