Hey folks,

Let us start our discussion here. Those in The Nepali NBA fantasy league. Maybe we can do a bi-weekly update rather than weekly. We will have time to capture more trades/FA acquistions, or other interesting turn arounds in our league.

Let's keep it alive.

Go CELTICS

whats up fellas,

long time no nba talk in our discussion here. let me revisit our beloved league and throw some food for thoughts at ya :p

ok where to start from....all stars just around the corner and it is going to exactly reflect what we've all been experiencing in our league throughout the year. injuries injuries and more injuries. seems like about half of the all stars selected from both conferences won't be able to go. which is a blow to the fans for not being able to see all these great players on the court at the same time. more than anything, i am really disappointed about not being able to see nash dishin dimes around being the all starts mvp as well. without a doubt nash is my mvp, as shown by recent suns play. no matter how good of a players they have, they are not even close to what they are with nash. even though my boy dirk who is having a monstor season, i'm gonna have to give it to nash for what he's worth to his team.

ok let's start with other general disappointments in and around the league (including our own). defending champs heats have not played like the champs at all this season, looks like walker, payton and some of the old farts have had it after winning the ring onces, so with shaq out most of the first half they had no bench help and their depth was a major issue. i guess this is the affect of new rich nba, once you got your bazzilions bucks and a ring, there just aint much motivation to play for. this is sad because back in the days there used to be a thing called "team pride" but in today's moneyminded free agency world there is noone with true alliance. all players care about is their $$$ and the ring. so, even though wade is playing like an mvp the heat are still my most disappointed story for the 06-07 season so far. yes i kept them above the celtics. speaking of which, if they don;t get their win against the bucks tonite there is no telling when their next win will come, not for another 5 games at least. so good luck to them and their big fan among us ;-)

now to our league, it should be no surprise kg4mvp was the biggest disappointment. injuries just about killed him. with the recent news of braon davis going down with injuries isn't helping his cause. i see a lesson to be learned in all this for our next draft, DO NOT draft injury prone players. amare was an exception this year but i still wouldn't have done it because the risk far more out weighs rewards.

last but not the least, nba trading deadline are only few days again and this is the one that is going to have far implications in our own league. so you guys be alert do your homework, looking for the guys on the trading block and their effects on other players, in or out of your roster. from what i've been hearing 2 big names for sure to be traded are jason kid and pau gasol. where will they end up is anyone guess but if they were to get traded we will be presented with some opportunities to cash in.

alright this is all for now...see ya'll on the other side.

Trading deadline less than a week....who do you think is on the moves guys?

Gasol? Kid? Bibby? these are some of the big names i've been hearing. but there might be some smaller name trades but could end up being significant for us fantasy player. so gotta stay vigilant rest of the week for any breaking news.

thanks for the stats ktm wolf.. i mean team ko nam po wolves hoina ra single manche ta wolf nai hola ni hoina.. tyasaile.anyways i think stats bhanda pani rank halna mildaina haha khoi my stats are never good...this is h2h by the way my foiiiist post of the year. anyways i guess ppl are pretty busy nowadays all i see is hukka and celtics...hukka has really taken a back seat from sajha atleast...

ohh yeah i wanted to talk about nash and their 18 pt comeback match against the pacers yesterday...what a comeback what a turnaround...the suns are are on a electrifying run after nash's comeback...he's the heart and soul of the suns franchise and mine too...i mean not me personally but my team's. i know the mavs are playing great but that doesn;t necessarily transpire into nowitzki being the MVP that my ppl...solely must go to nash...he is the embodied vision of what an MVP should be...

i saw that clip of nash' this morning when he was in st.clara when he single handedly took them to the NCAA tournament....what a player..

well talking about the NCAA tournament march is on hand and we have not even talked about setting up the tourney like last year....i'm ready for my bracket...

march madness ppl....GO BADGERS....

whats up h2h...damn u are everywhere today...sup wid dat :p

nowitzki is having an unbelievable season but u can't say enough about nash and his importance to the team. so i hope he gets mvp for the 3rd time but the writers usually give it to the best player from the best team...at least in nba anyways, now if it were baseball we'd be in a different ballpark.

we haven't heard from much celtics lately...whats up man? holla @ ur boys

what can i say hukka i have exams all this week and next so every now and then i scroll around looking at what people have to say..well not much from what i see...that's why i'm here anyways what a crappy game yesterday for the suns they lost to the sixers come on...welll but they did miss marion and diaw but against the sixers i thought they would pull it off.

ohh and yeah i'm definitely feeling the heat hukka man chandler's torching up the board..i don;t know how u managed to get the deal thru but congrats although i did try in vain to veto the trade i guess none of the other managers looked at the deal properly...man u picked up korver from the FA and i think it was nelson was it who u traded to get chandler come on man if i had gotten a sniff on the deal i would have jumped on it but u managed to get it thru...prob the deal of the year...ur team's gonna be invincible after yao comes back..chandler's having a career year and i can;t stop but talk about ur steal...well anyways my deal with kg for boozer is bearing fruits but trading gasol is gonna hurt me in the long run esp now that u are a rebouding powerhouse but hey who knows it only takes a small injury to keep a player away a week which is more than enuff if luck is on my side to beat u or lakers...

how about that texas...texas A&M 2 OT thriller...how old is that durant kid...man i wish i was tall and american haha i'd be playing ball scoring chics and earning bucs doing what i do best..

sup hoop...damn u not wishin injuries on my team are ya?? :p but yeah i don't think i would have given up gasol and ak47 for lebrone even though ak47 isn't having the season we are used to him but still gives you a few steals and good FG% and some blocks here and there and then gasol the same thing plus he's one of the top in blocks. so fantasy wise, not a good deal for u man. i know u were hurting scoring but u can always do that from drop n add. but it very hard to get a guy who can shot block and rebound like gasol. ahh well its over so don't feel bad...i dont want to make u feel guilty any more...LOL

so u too vetoed my trade...damnnn so u did and then flash did too...thank god no one did just out of curiosity...coz i think it only takes 3 votes to veto a trade. even though i picked up korver in FA but he was playing really good and i had to use my high waiver priority to get him. and nelson decent too....and on top of all that it was bandi who wanted that deal so i just accepted...so ya'll don't be hatin me la hai

waddup hoopie...ya does make it wonder why would folks even start civilization in such cold places. my guess would be that back in the days and i mean way way back in the days when these lands weren't so cold, people lived and enjoyed the nice weather but as global changes were occuring and when north america separated from africa?? or whatever...the people had to new terrain. that would be my wild guesstimate :p still beats me why the europeans would ever wanna settle up hear leaving the warm souther comfort. anywayzzz

nice job picking up jr smith...nuggets really need him so that might be good for you but untill u see him play and proce the numbers, its risky picking guys while they are injured...my peja gamble hasn't paid off yet...but i hear he will start any day now...i'd drop him but i'm already dropping and adding 3 guys on a nightly basis and its already hard to fill in all spots these days with everyone doing the same strategy...guess i better hold onto peja.

oh yea btw those pics from my neighborhood here in twin cities...it doesn't get as hot as it prolly gets down there in milwaukee...so its all good.

here's the pic of how it looks during beautiful summer days :-)
