Diet and exercise plain and simple ! Diet: eat balanced meal Exercise: do cardio and weight or just walk a lot and do push-ups drink all the beer you want as long as you take good meal and do good exercise Ciao

don't drink beer, eat bhat only once a day, and try to control what you eat and don't eat over your limit, pet tannai khayera kam chaina, don't eat junk food (pizza, burgers etc, ), , jogg for 20 mins a day, and your health and weight will improve a lot. it doesn't matter how much information i provide, the main thing is ypur commitment and your will power. Try it for one week, and you will feel much better about your self. After u see improvements, u will adapt that way of living. Your life will just get better and better. good luck, "good things take time and they are worth the wait".

euto saathi ko lahai lahai ma laagera 24 hours fitness pani join gare membership pani tire, 3 din bhanda 4 din jaagar chalenaa. exercise bhanya testai ho. hidnu chahji parla jasto chhaa. huna t halal bata masu kinera lyauda ta sadhai 20 minute jati walking ta hunchhaa. yesso ghar ma basi garne byayaamchha? bhaat chahi bihana matrai khayinchaa. beluki roti haaninchhaa 4-5 wata matrai chicken nakhai bhayena.... sanibaar pork baby ribs yessso broil garyo mar masala dalera, halka corona sanga hanyo aaitabaar bihanai 2 pound khasi ko jhool banaayo, marne gari bhaat khayo, chatta supaari tokera, sofa ma paltiyera, euta hindi filim heryo, beluki tyi jhool ma roti natra bihana ko basi bhaat hasuryo gaadi nahudaa ta hidthee gaadi kine (kaa baata kinne ho ra?.......kista ma liye)....dekhi hidaai chaupaat bhaa chhaaa. mero matra yesto ho ki, yo awasthaa sadhaaraan ho? ma amrika aako chahi dedh barsa bhoo. aauda 145 pound aahile 182 pound. height chahi jatti ko tetti chhaa. launa guhaaaar guhaaaar thap sallah paau!

eat small portion , many times a day; keeps your metaboliasm going- will lose bhudi quicker that way.. eat more protein than carbs...try to eat brown rice... it's always easy to find exercise plans and start it, hardest part is to maintain it until you see the result... Do this, make exercise fun. try to make it a habit... see what you like, tennis, table tennis, boxing, karate, taikawando, running, etc etc... join a club , or get some cds.. practice very basic.. REmember you are not trying to master on any of these but trying to lose weight.. so even if you can' perform the best , try to continue any of these exercise for at least 20 mins in the beg... slowly 30 mins and make it longer than 45.. when it becomes a habit.. Whatever you do.. don't forget the good ol' situps... lie on a plain floor and bend your knees.. and do crunches.. lift up your sholders from the floor about 45 degrees and slowly rest it back.. do it for 30 times, then after do any bhudi exercise for this set.. 30 , 20 , 20 10.. leave it right there.. don't go more... remember if you go more you will start thinking as a obligation/burden.. so don't over do it... looking at your diet.. i suggest eating lots of fruits and vegs... i say, after 4pm don't eat anything with carbs.. eat salad with some meat...easy on dressing...if you get too hungry, go to GNC and buy hoodia.. costs like 35 dollars.. supresses your hunger.... whatever you do remember, don't make it a burden.. otherwise you will hate it and you will discontinue it before you see the result.. try to think of it as fun...
