oen person is in US in visitor visa. If somebody wants to sponsor for H1 visa for babysitting is it possible? What is the chance to get approved?

it si definitely possible, as long as u word it differently, for instance instead of saying u want to have a babysitter which u can have many here. you may havae to say you want a personal nepali language teacher etc. etc. better consult a lawyer.but i have seen it happen where people have sponsored and called babysitters/household help from nepal by showing enough income.

well why are you here in US man who don't know what the visa type of urs is for....... WEll crapy idea.. I guess... but nothing is impossible... wish you a good luck.. do consult a good lawyer hey don't colsult nepali lawyer.. yar.. consult some american lawyer.......and file a case to get ur plans approved......... -rockend

coz the american lawyer will fight for ur case without ur money dude........ they will take money wid you after you'll win the case....... which is better for you dude....... I hope you got what I meant to say....... you won't have problem....... they will try their level best to make ur case a sucess........ but I want you to consult lawyers.. I mean not only one lawyer but few of them and do the right thing and choose one lawyer............ and file the case...... But plz do know the meaning of ur.. previous Visa....... status......
