‘Management fees’ is too vague a term for me to be 100% sure but since most management fees are OH costs, it most definitely falls under indirect costs. goodluck!

Wait a second.. are you asking us under which category it falls??? It’s an expenditure so you want to put it under the debit side of the Profit and Loss account.

Management fees are fees that are paid out of fund assets to the fund's investment adviser for investment portfolio management, any other management fees payable to the fund's investment adviser or its affiliates, and administrative fees payable to the investment adviser that are not included in the "Other Expenses" category. Management fees can be either fees earned or paid. It depends on what kinda operation the company does.
