I just hate this sentence... "Nepal is one of the world's poorest countries" When can we change the word "poorest" to "richest" ?

I'm somewhat sad that we don't have enough well-equipped schools/universities in Nepal to accomodate these students, but at the same time the billions we are spending is primarily on education. Although the resources are mostly from the private sectors, it will pay out in the long run, or at least I think it will. For one of the poorest to be spending so much on education is good in the long run. It cripples your foundation now, but most Nepali students are patriotic in heart, laborious in study. This reminds me of a story told about India in the 60s. So if are to look at India now, we can expect the investment to pay off in about another 30 years. Not that fast, but we will see a drastic change in Nepal around 2030. I'll be 61 then
