Hey Sajhaiti!!!

I need some information about H1 B filing.

Can anyone file H1 B in the master seat( for 2008) if he/she has completed(defended) his/her thesis in january(2007). He/She will get the certificate at May/June but the graduate school is ready to write he/She has completed his degree.

You can file H1B in master quota after getting letter of degree completion from graduate school. You donot need to wait for your diploma. I did the same thing.
