I am going to start call centre in kathmandu, Nepal with british partner together.

I am doing some research on call centres.

I would like to get some information regarding this research. If anyone can have information regarding call centres. I would be very much thankful. Below are my queries:

1. could you list some of softwares used for call centres/telemarkettings, if possible include set up cost and running cost?

2. Types of Services offered by call centres/telemarketting.

3. How much moneny(average) will get a call centres from their partner and how they will pay money to call centres?

4. What are hardware configuration for running call centres?

5. could you provide some information link regarding call centres?
