I've a quick question to those who're attorney-at-law...

I've a website (website is none profit making) that plays Nepalese songs and I'm not paying royalty to the artist and my whole project is here in the United States. Am I going against copyright act of United States or shall I be punished by Nepalese copyright law.

Desperately waiting for a genuine answer. Thanks in advance /
