The objective of the KEP Programme is to groom all of its participants for full time positions with SQA Labs as Software Engineers and Business System Analysts. Prior to going into the details of the KEP Programme, I would like to give you a brief introduction to SQA labs. The KEP programme for MS graduates is a paid internship programme .It is entirely sponsored by SQA Labs and lasts for 28 days .The KEP is designed with inputs from active users of technology in Business and Government and encompasses the latest trends in Software Engineering and Business Systems Analysis. On the completion of the programme, we look at participating students to fill in open positions as full time employees of SQA Labs.
Besides developing expertise in software engineering with a special emphasis on Quality Assurance tools and methodologies, the KEP Programme imparts business domain knowledge in the banking, insurance and mortgage industry sectors.
