Hi everyone... my gf is in singapore and is a legal student there. i want to marry her in singapore what i have to do to bring her here in usa i am in f1 legal status. all your suggestion will be appreciated.i heard about F2 visa can someone tell me what i am supposed to do.i dont want to take risk .. thanks in advance

Go to International office and make new I-20 including your furure wife and take an appointment to American Ambessay at Singapur and go marry her and she has to attend a visa interview and she can come here in F-2 visa. Many of the students have brought their dependents here in US in F-2 Visa.

i heard the rumour that if you are doing undergrad in USA it is harder for your spouse to get visa. Is it true or rumour only?
