So Hillary has now announced her candidacy for President to gain a Democratic ticket to the White House a week after Barrack Obama announced his intentions. This is exciting news. But I am a little skeptical about the whole thing being blown up by a country which still has a lot of conservative and moderates who do not favor either female or black president. The ideal ticket would be Hillary/Obama. I think the combination of two will have a greater chances of success. Democratic camp is up and running and lets hope that whatever happens in the primaries, democrats will atleast have a good candidate than Kerry.

Kerry wasn't bad. Some people go for looks, (don't laugh at what I am about to say) and Bush is slightly better looking than Kerry. Plus, some people wanted Bush to finish what he had started in Iraq ( Total assumption here). But whatever...what's done is done.
I agree, HIllary/ Obama would be the ideal ticket;however, I doubt that Obama is going to settle for VP. Let's see what happens. I like them both...Hopefully, Americans will make the right choice this time around.

There are already 2 prospective candidate from democrats for the presidential race. Where are republicans ? hibernating in winter ??
Either Hillary or Obama, democrats will atleast have a better candidate than Kerry this time.

Hillary and Omaba both have no chances of winning in Iowa( only 1% black and women voting mostly for charming Edwards) primary,that will put John Edwards on the top coming out of Iowa.Then comes NH where hillary will prevail I think,that leaves Nevada and South Carolina( stronghold of Edwards) which are both in Edwards' fold given the kind of conservative leaning democrats there.Then comes super tuesday which by all accounts favor the front runner which by the time will have momentum leaning towards Edwards. Edwards will clinch the nomitation and Obama or Wesley Clark will be VP candidate.This is my prediction lets see,but it will be an interesting race to watch..I am looking forward to it.Too bad Al Sharpton in not in the race,I miss his one liners.....2004 primary was hilarious watching Al Sharpton debate others.

Obama could be Al Shapton's re-incarnation of some sort minus the humor.

I think Edwards has a brilliant future. Probably he has some Bill Clinton-like killer instincts and he is more of a household name compared to the others. Hillary seems like a horse to bet on too.

I also do not think that both hilary and obama will win nomination. no matter what we say about this free country and all that crap, they still dont want women or black president. john edwards has good chance if Al gore does not come forward. if Al gore comes forward, he has best chance i believe. however, john mccain is also a very strong candidate from republican along with rudy.
