If anyone is looking to work in Europe this is a cool site to seek a job, just create your CV (Résumé) here for free and seek or be seeked by an employer:

I just created my CV yesterday and already today I have got 3 different job offers from different parts of Europe.
They will call you, and interview you in the phone.
