I found it hilarious..
Washington valentines
David Martin

It is Valentine's Day and millions of schoolkids across the land will be giving one another cards. But most people are unaware of a similar tradition in Washington, where America's political leaders also exchange special Valentine's greetings.
Here's a sampling:
George W. Bush to John McCain
I
really like to be with you,
You are my special friend.
But if you fail to vote with me,
Our friendship's at an end.
Won't you be my
surging Valentine?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dick Cheney to Scooter Libby
Roses are red,
Violets are blue.
You better not squeal,
Or it's curtains for you.
Let's be secret Valentines.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Karl Rove to John Kerry
Sorry about the attack ads,
It's kind of what we do.
But when it comes to Democrats,
There's none more prized than you.
Will you be my
electoral Valentine?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hillary Clinton to conservative Democrats
I was a liberal Democrat,
I've been a blue one, too.
But now that I'm a candidate,
I'm centrist
through and through.
Can I be your crossover Valentine?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Barack Obama to Hillary Clinton
Love is patient and kind,
Love does not envy or boast,
It is not arrogant.
But mostly love is patient,
And I love waiting for you to fail.
Won't you be a former
candidate?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dennis Kucinich to Tom Vilsack
They say you are a candidate,
Or at least that's the report.
So if we vote for one another,
We could double our support.
Be my dark horse
Valentine.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Al Gore to George W. Bush
How do I love thee?
Let me count the ways,
From the half-million-vote margin
To the stolen Florida votes,
You have saved me from a humiliation
That only you have experienced.
I'm glad you won in 2000,
Valentine.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Arnold Schwarzenegger to Congress
My luve's like a White, White House
That's vacant late next year.
My luve's like an amendment
That will not pass, I fear.
If fair thou art, my congressmen,
You'll surely let me try.
And I will luve thee still my friends
'Til all the votes gang dry.
Please be my constitutional
Valentine.
