I m surprised on how Maoists keep blaming the govt for everything...when they have 83 members represented in the parliament, and they have their own asst. PM (Amik Sherchan)....he is a maoists as well......just decided to be in a different maoist faction so he could push maoist's agenda in the government......Who do the moaists think they are fooling.....???? They can fool the innocent, illiterate people only so much.....reminds me a story of a story I heard when I was a kid back in Nepal...

A farmer would take his goats to the jungle so they could graze. One day he decided to see if his villagers would come to help him in emergency.
