Like in the car to the gathering in New Jersey. "A Global Madhesi Conference is being organized in October in Janakpur. You could take the time off, but will you have the money?" This mofo, has not bought a house, has barely started making payments on his car, and is going bananas. At the gathering I remember thinking, I am going to make more mo than all of these people put together. I have given all of my time to Nepal for the past year and a half, and that has been time away from making money. But then this is the best work I ever did in my life. I try to think it is a privacy issue. The money someone makes and spends is their private thing.
