"The strongest but powerless king."

Isnt it a self-canceling phrase ? just like the tallest but the shortest or the widest but the narrowest or the best but eh worst or biggest but the smallest.

There can be two things:
1] he will save his title by being pennyless, powerless and weak.
or
2] he can emerge as new dictator - how ?interesting .i think he still can.this time he should be very smart and kill all maoist.everysingle one of them.be it 100k.mass murder in the history of the world..hahaha...he didn't the first time.

i say he go for first, good for him and Nepal.

First everyone thought he did was for People.but he could not cash the opportunity that he took .He proved to be too greedy and not smart. He did make very stupid mistakes .but eventhen he is not too bad .He may be corrupt but no more than And SPAM leader. He might have killed people but no more than SPA PM's and Maoist.
So, i say he can stay in the palace and be Head of State.cause i see no one .

By accounts of independent observers the Maoists are responsible for over 4000 deaths and the Nepal Army for just over 8200 deaths..

Why some ppl in dont call Nepal army "a terrorist organization" and just blame on Maoists ?

Because the NA doesn't loot banks, kidnap teachers and school children, rape girls, create blockades, destroy national property, extort money from poor and innocent people, doesn't hinder the development projects, etc. You need more reasons?

And number of killings doesnt count, rather the motive for killing is what differenciates between terrorist and national army. And by the way, had nepalese army not killed those 8000 terrorists, the figure for the killings by maobaadis would have surely been 40,000 rather than 4000.

jai_nepal wrote, "...NA doesn't loot banks..."
Because the govt that was in office did it for NA in a different ways such as by taking massive and unbearlable debts (which will take several generations to be repaid).

Unlawful detentions and disappearances by NA. Wasnt it just another form of kidnapping of ppl ?

jai_nepal wrote, "...(maoists)extort money from poor and innocent people..."
When they could get money and use money from taxpayers without the consent from taxpayers...isnt it just another form of extortion.

Development projects riddled with corruption/bribery/fraud/dishonesty/deception. Are building such development projects any better than destroying them. They are doomed from the start.

They do but not as blatantly as the terrorists... and certainly not in the same ratio. And they get court marshalshed if found guilty.

Anyone? Please show. UN recruits Royal Nepal Army for it's peace keeping missions. It doesn't recruit Maoists. I don't know why. But it shows that Jai_Nepal has some valid arguments. It single handedly goes on to show that SPAM people are terrorists where as Royal Nepal Army is a clean one. But yes, every Army commits some mistakes and RNA might not be the cleanest one.

Anyway, like I care. Jai FOUR FEDERAL REPUBLICS of Rukum, Siraha, Morang and Bhojpur!
