Before you apply for finance visa, WAIT, until you get US citizenship, if you are not US citizen you will deny for it.

You will have to submit form I-129F and G325-A. You can download the forms online. Here's the site http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis. Goodluck!

the only way you can bring her here is thorugh airplanes. you can go and pick her up and bring her with you.
other way is through mail. make sure you stamp it for fedEX.
if fed is not available, go for DHL.
And of course the last resort is through sailing. just like 100 years ago when Christopher Columbus sailed for India and that moron found landed himself in what is today called america.

Why does everyone prefer to bring on Fiance Visa? It is not necessarily easier. In the long run it will take longer for her to actually get her green card that way which means it will take longer for her to be eligible to apply for US Citizenship if she wants to do that. just file an I-130 for her after you marry in Nepal. It might take 1 or 2 months longer to process the I-130 in Nepal than the Fiance visa, but as soon as she arrives in US, she will be a permanent resident. I have seen that the Fiance visa actually often takes just as long to process as the I-130. It is just another unnecessary application to fill out and another $170 fee to pay.
