Let's assume that CD exists and contains all the news that Maos claim that it does. Still, all that news is true. Prachande is driving expensive cars, Maos are still looting and killing, Maos are hiding thousands and thousands of weapons (as Prachande said today).

Anyone with a CD burner and scanner can create that kind of CD including Maos. Why does it have to be Palace?

They say that the CD is a compilation of news about Maoist atrocities. In a democratic society, there is nothing wrong with handing out such things.

The stupid maoists make it sound like they have proof in the cd. Proof would be for example a video recording of people making plans to do something, or perhaps an audio recording of conversations.
