The CD provided by the Maoists will be discussed by the works management committee of the interim parliament, said Speaker Subas Nemwang.

The Maoists had handed over the CD to Nemwang on Monday claiming that it contains information about plots to defame the Maoists and attack pro-republican leaders.

Nemwang said that the Maoists have complained that some government machinery including the Nepali Army (NA) is being used to spread rumours against them.

"The CD has been accepted by the House and it will be discussed by the works management committee," the Speaker said.

Meanwhile, the Speaker has drawn the attention of the government to introduce bill on Constituent Assembly Elections soon at the parliament
