Go to http://www.imtoo.com/mpeg-encoder.html

Download the trial version (AKA: "Free Download") of the software "ImTOO MPEG Encoder v3.1 " and install the software.

Open the software and click "Help" in the menu bar, then "Enter Regestration Code"

The use.

Click on the "+ (ADD)" botten and browse to find you .vob or most any other video file(s)

On the "files of type" to open choose "All Files *.*", and select your file and open.

Click "Profile" Down on the bottom of the software, and choose your file format.

Press Encode, and wait till the file is completely encoded.
