The following Interim Council of Ministers has been constituted with their respective portfolios under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala in accordance with Article 38 of the Interim Constitution-2063 BS, the Council of Ministers Secretariat has stated in a press communique published today.

7. Dr. Ram Sharan Mahat - Minister Finance
8. Narendra Bikram Nembang - Minister Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs
