these area are far better places than chicago in safety. good place to live in that sense. little humorous too if you can wet yourself with ppl around. "little bad" is in the sense that you will be lonely...no nepali around. i have not seen a single nepali around during my 2 yrs stay. other thing is, it is not like other suburban areas, you are gonna fight with heavy traffic everyday. but if you are worrying about safety....it is nice place to live...you can hang around outside anytime...
