immediately after SPAM took over one of the first thing they did was to allow bureaucrats practice politics.They were allowed to have political affilication.This is very unfortunate for future of beauracracy in nepal.Now leaders and their party affliated higher beuracrats can do corruption more easily.

I feel bad, now political crooks are dividing the portfolios of educational sector....I am scared… how they divide other remaining sectors of Nepal and what would be the future Nepalese……what we could expect from the incapable and corrupt f.....leaders.
