Girija has sold Upper karnali to Indians.

Now Budhi gandaki and Arun III on pipelines.

If the government doesnot give these projects to Indians, No CA polls gonna happen.

this is the bargain now.

Nepal itself will be India.. how about that? That's what these bahun leaders are doing all these years.. their only motive is to sell the country.. they never felt they belong to Nepal.. they always beleived they are indians. That's the problem.. forget abotu selling of Karnali, ArunIII and so on, while they are busy taking Nepal into India. That's the Truth.. the truth of all bahun leaders of Nepal.

Why are we always pessimistic?

Bhutan's GDP growth rate is > 15% for last 2 years, and it is expected to grow at the rates of 10 - 11 % per year. Its per capita income has increased by leaps and bounds, and is now around 3 times more than that of Nepal. All this was possible, thanks to the 1020 MW Taala hydropower project, made with Indian assistance. Bhutan is getting 40% of this for free, and sale of the surplus electricity to India has been the main contributor in this.

Compare this to Nepal. Just around 600 MW of ellectricity has been produced in last 100 years, out of its vast hydropower potential. And I think you know the per capita income / GDP growth rate of Nepal.

Allowing investments in Upper Karnli / Arun III or whatever with the purpose of exploiting the vast markets of India is not a bad idea, when adjoinng states of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh are reeling under a massive power crisis of more than 10000 MW. And as far as I know, the recent agreements that have been done regarding these projects, is not against the interests of Nepal. Nepal is definitely going to benefit from it.

Aafaile pani kehi garna nasakne, ani khaali criticise matrai garera, India laai gaali matrai garera kehi hunchha ra? Its high time that we start thinking with a different mindset. Our aim should not be just abusing India but rather thinking about prospects of gaining some benefits from its booming economy.

Just living in the past, thinking about greater Nepal, Kangra and Tista and singing never ending songs about how Nepal never came under the colonial rule, is never going to help us anymore. These are great historical facts, but its better if we keep them in the pages of history.

I think the basic flaw is in the education system of Nepal, which just teaches us glorified history and how our ancestors were great. There is no emphasis on the current scenario and how our ideas / values / practices should change with the changing times, so that we gain the most out it. Perhaps this is why we are left behind in the last position among the SAARC countries (save Afghanistan), trapped in some kind of a time warp.

THIS MIGHT HAPPEN IN KARNALI AGAIN.
his real story starts at 2048 B.S. when Nepali Congress was ruling Nepal with their majority in Nepal parliament and Nepal Rastriya Sabha. Almost 2/3rd seats were won by Nepali Congress party in the election which was held recently.

Mr. Girija Prasad Koirala in his state visit to India signed a treaty with India about couple of rivers of Nepal without the acknowledge of Nepal's other political party, Nepali Press, Nepali Public as well King Birendra. He gave full rights to India to use the water of those river. If some Nepali people in the border would use couple of hundred gallon water to irrigate their fields, it would be criminal act for Indian Government and Nepalese current government silently supported that.

IN ANOTHER WORDS, OUR PRIME MINISTER AND HIS PARTY SOLD OUR RIVERS TO INDIA.

I THINK YOU ALL WONDER HOW COME GOVINDA RAJ JOSHI, KHUM BAHADUR KHADAKA AND OTHER NEPALI CONGRESS LEADERS HAD BILLIONS OF NEPALESE CERRENCY SITTING IN THE BANKS ALL OVER THE WORLD.

OUR PRIME MINISTER GIRIJA'S DAUGHTER "MISS. SUJATA KOIRALA" HAS BELEIVED TO BE AT LEAST 20 ARAB NEPALESE CURRENCY IN VARIOUS INIDAN BANKS INCLUDING SWISS BANK.BELEIVE IT OR NOT!!!!!!!!!!llETS NOT TALK ABOUT PRIME MINISTER HIMSELF!!!!!! I WONT BE SURPRIZED IF HE HAS MORE MONEY THAN LALI PRASAD YADAV.

LET ME UNLOCK THE MYSTERY OF THE SECRETS OF THOSE LEADERS GETTING RICH!!!

oUR DEAR PRIME MINISTER SOLD RIVERS TO INDIA 15 YEARS BACK. THAT RIVER IS SUPPOSED TO GENERATE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IF NOT TRILLION OF DOLLARS WORTH OF ELECTRICITY FOR NEXT 200-300 YEARS AS WELL ANOTHER TRILLIONS OF DOLLAR WORTH OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS CAN BE PRODUCED FOR NEXT 200-300 YEARS BY IRRIGATING THE WATER FROM THAT RIVER.

Because of the corrupt Leader in Nepali Congress, Nepal couldnot benefit from those river. India does not pays a penny as a tax or royalty for using Nepalese rivers. Because they paid large chunk of money to Girija and his friends in Nepali congress to make a deal or in another word to buy these rivers.

THE FIGURE MIGHT LOOK TOO BIG AND UNBELEIVEBALE.BUT THAT IS THE TRUTH GUYS. WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT 10-12 YEARS USE OF THAT RIVER, THE ONE GIRIJA AND OTHER nEPALI CONGRESS LEADERS SOLD TO INDIA......WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE USE OF THAT RIVER FOR ANOTHER 200-300 YEARS.

I WONDER HOE MUCH WOULD INDIA BENEFIT FROM THOSE RIVERS EEVNTHOUGH NEPAL DID NOT GOT A PENNY!!!!!!
