A letter (from your international student coordinator would be good)
2. Where should I send the documents?
To Canadian Consular in Detroit,if you're in midwest or else to NY,if you're in west coast
3. Is there a face to face interview? (
You can mail all the necessary documents along with your passport and they will mail your passport back to you with a visa.
4. Any special documents that I need while applying?
Not really, affidavit of support, or send a bank balance,your i-20 and transcript from a school,a letter from univ, your personal letter or any letter showing a reason of your visit
