I tried to register. But, it gives me following message:

Thank you for your interest in a Global Student Loan. GSLC coordinates “special purpose credit programs” to provide loans to international students. At this time we either do not have a partner school that meets your criteria and/or we do not have a lender which supports your country of permanent residence. If you found a school that met your criteria and selected one of our participating countries as your permanent residence, you still may not qualify for a Global loan. GSLC works with banks, guarantors, insurers and other correspondent lenders in a variety of countries to offer credit to students returning to those countries. We assumed that, following completion of your education, you will return to the country where you are a permanent resident. We regret that we have not yet been able to establish business relationships for loans to students returning to your country of residence at this time. We are working worldwide to invite as many colleges and universities as possible to participate in our program as well as expanding our list of lenders providing financing for students from countries supported. Please complete the form below so that we may best meet your needs in the future. We will notify you at the email address you supplied as soon as one or more schools and lenders are available for you.
