does the birth certificate issued from embassy works while filing I485?? anyone sure about this????

how do you obtain a birth certificate from the embassy because i need to get one.

u can visit their website nepalembassyusa.org and they have all the instruction there.however they take more than 3 weeks to issue it...but i m not sure if the uscis accept that..that's what i wanted know,,anyone???
