I think you have not forgotten that many users have requested to remove the scrolling banner. I have noticed the two boxes out of three are gone, but the last one is still there in the scrolling banner making it worse as it is grown thicker, why? There is an extra empty line at the bottom of the box, which occupies the equal space of the entire menu-bar of the browser, and is making the useful screen space smaller.

People remove toolbars, menubars and practice a variety of customization just to increase a little more viewable screen, but here in the sajha, there is a dumb scrolling bar occupying too-much of the space.

I prefer the scrolling banner be removed, but if you want to keep it up there, why don't you limit the scrolling bar into a single line box instead of 3-line box? That would perhaps make it more effective, fulfilling your need as well. I don't think you really need that much of the space to waste that you make by squizzing all other contents.

I totally agree with Chana. It is annoying, it either has to be removed or made smaller.

All the banners are annoying remove all of them. I don't care for school groups remove those too. Also remove the news section.

San, just for reminder, the scrolling bar is annoying, you can improve it by either of the following means

1. by completely removing, or
2. by making it thin, or limiting to one line scrolling bar, or
3. by making the unused portion of banner transparent so that the content is not hidden
when banner is not scrolling, or
4. any other ideas of your own
