I find Nepali girls with the Natural Beauty more appealing. But as they say beauty is only skin deep, or should that be rephrased to "Beauty is only makeup deep".

hmmm....

If you prefer Nepali girls who do not choose to wear makeup, that is fine. But you failed to answer my question when you singled out American women for wearing makeup- why single them out? Many American women choose not to wear makeup and many look beautiful without it. And what do you have against women who do wear makeup? That is their business, just like your choice for makeup-less Nepali girls is your choice. Perhaps it would be fair next time for you to post a Nepali women and men without makeup or any other appearance enhancing tools.
In your last post, you appeared to have hostility to those who choose American wives or girlfriends. They have their reasons just as you have yours. Perhaps they do not like Nepali women without makeup, just as you don't like American women at all.

The pictures are of the American women. Its generalizing but its true that American women spend a lot of money on makeup and authetics than any other country specific in the world. Its quite a rare occasion to see beautiful American women without makeup

>And what do you
>have against women who do wear makeup? That
>is their business, just like your choice for
>makeup-less Nepali girls is your choice.

What I have against women with makeup is my choice like you said. I think I can flaunt my opinion just like you said. Wearing a makeup to ehance is one thing, but alter the looks is misleading-- giving false impressions. I like to see beauty for beauty and not some fake 2 inch makeup, same goes with the boobie jobs

>Perhaps it would be fair next time for you
>to post a Nepali women and men without

Nepali women don't feel comfortable to pose photos for the internet, but you can see the innocent beautiful creatures (without makeup) on the iternet pages, I had posted few links before, you can do a search here at sajha.com if you have time

I did have an American girlfriend at one time when I was a teenager, and she rarely used makeup. Some of the guys I have met try to think that their girlfriends/wives are more prettier than the Nepali girls just because they have fairer skin-- I am just trying to surface the underlying truth and taunt them at the same time

A bold hmmm....

Your friends may think that their girlfriends/wives are prettier than Nepali girls because they are their girlfriends/wives. If they truly love them, no one whether it be Nepali or not will be prettier in their eyes.
I do not think it is a rarity to see a beautiful American woman without makeup. I also do not think it is an absolute truth that all Nepali without makeup look like Miss Nepal. And what is this underlying truth, that American women like to get dolled up? So what! They are not unpure or not innocent because of it. And what does innocent mean to you? I would really like to know. They do not use makeup to hide their real person. They speak their mind (sometimes wearing lipstick), stand up for themselves (sometimes in heels), and care about loved ones through hugs and pats on the backs (sometimes with manicured hands).
I have a feeling that by only having a teenage relationship with an American, you know very little about them except that some like makeup. If you think that all that is beautiful about them is the makeup, you know nothing about them. Get to know one sometime, you might be surprised.

Agreed! If they fell for the American girl for their heart and not their fake or padded boobs and 2 inch makeup

I don't care much for Miss Nepal, because most of them are influenced by dancing Indian actresses in Bolloywood or the ones from Hollywood.

>And what is this underlying

I was trying to play a pun, underlying truth with underlying reaality under the makeup. As I said before this gives false impression. If its good to be dolled up, why not just wear a Cindy Crawford mask

hmmm...., I have not questioned the innocence? I think women should have the same right to have fun as much as the men do. I have no problem about poking fun at the way men are with their beer or the way they drool when they see a beautiful woman pass by either. My teenage relationship with the American sweetheart was truely quite immature and lasted less than a year. Although she was the most genuine person (mind you she rarely used makeup) I had met at the time, I was quite repulsed by the superficial nature she shared with her fellow mates, which and other things led to the breakup

You must be an American gal with a Nepali boyfriend, I presume

YEAH, MOST OF THE AMERICAN GIRLS (SINCE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT GIRLS HERE) I HAVE MET HAVE BEEN VERY SUPERFICIAL IN THE RELATIONSHIPS THEY HELD WITH ANYONE. AND THEY TRY TO LOOK THE SAME AS THEY ACT. BOSTANIAN SEEMS TO HAVE A VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT GIRLS AND THEIR MAKE UP FROM OTHER COUNTRIES THAN AMERICA AND NEPAL. I HAVE MET GIRLS FROM ALL OVER EUROPE, EAST ASIA, AND SOUTH AMERICA, AND HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS ANYONE WHO PUTS AS MUCH MAKE UP AS AMERICAN GIRLS. AND THE STRANGE THING IS, EVEN THOSE GIRLS WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW AMERICAN GIRLS PUT SO MUCH MAKE UP TO GIVE A FALSE IMPRESSION ABOUT THEMSELVES........

How about this oh-so-wise male expert of American women. One morning when you get up, take a picture of yourself before you do anything. Then take a picture immediately after you shower. Then one after you brush and one after you shave. Finally, one after you put huge amounts of hair gel in your(as I've seen many guys do) and post that. You are right that I'm an American, but I am married to a wonderful Nepali man who would never make such ridiculous and immature ethnic-based generalizations. I know many American women of all ages who wear little to no makeup, have not had any plastic surgery and are gorgeous. I also met gorgeous Nepali women and handsome Nepali men who do not need the help of makeup or anything else.
I only post to this site when I feel that ethnic-based stereotypical remarks are being made, which is everyone's right to make since we live in a land of free expression. I would just like to point out that if I named myself American and made similar comments about Nepali girls and boys as you have done to American women, I would be called everything from a bigot to a racist.
Finally, perhaps you should not be in America if we are all so superficial. Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors in America.

Bostonian
I'm glad you stood up for yourself in this stupid bashing going on.
I wonder what you Nepali guys, who so eagerly bash American women, think about Nepalese women wearing makeup??? Not that I would give a rat's ahem! to what you think - but I do wear SOME makeup and don't think I need to be criticized nor analyzed for what I do! There are some women who wear makeup and some who don't. Thats that! Just like there are some men who do dishes and pick up after themselves and then some idotic ones who don't!! Or is it just the Nepalese men who don't? Get my point??
Well good if you don't, too bad if you don't!!

hmmm....

When its talk about women who were makeup its called bashing eh! Generalization goes everywhere. Nepali guys are like that, Nepali girls are like that, Nepali culture is like this, American culture is like that.

Is it Nepali bashing, if we say Nepali are poor? Even some Nepali are rich.

I am tired of this "feminist rheotoric" used at every occasion, I am tired of this "political correctness" and rightousness.

I think you guys should sometimes smell the air you are breathing. Its a human nature to find difference amongst different groups of people. Its human nature to judge other people.

Talking about differences usually gaps the bridge. Its not only me, but a lot of people who were raised up in Nepal do think that American women are superficial (generally speaking), they seem to value "showy", "flashy" things more than the meaning of life.

There are numerous problem with Nepali men-- I agree, and if you point them out, I would not go willy-nilly saying you are bashing Nepali men. Getting a different point of view of you or your ethnicity maybe will help in the self-realization process.

So don't try and act to be a femminist, just be yourself and stop whinning.

Firstly I want to let you all know that I am a Nepali guy, and I know the problems and confusions generalizations can create in society, and I stand up against it at every possible occassion.

Now to reply to hmmm...

>> Generalization goes everywhere. Nepali guys are like that, Nepali girls are like that, Nepali culture is like this, American culture is like that.

That is exactly what is meant by generalization dude, just because you generalize people does not mean ALL Nepali guys and ALL Nepali girls and the WHOLE of Nepali and American culture is like that.

>>Is it Nepali bashing, if we say Nepali are poor? Even some Nepali are rich.

Yes, if you know that some Nepalese are rich and still say that ALL Nepalese are poor then that would be a generalzation ( I won't call it a bashing).

>>I am tired of this "feminist rheotoric" used at every occasion, I am tired of this "political correctness" and rightousness.

Firstly, voice against generalization is not a "feminist rhetoric". And, if you are making claims about a group or a part of society, you have to be "politically correct" to be taken seriously. If you are tired of doing it, people will get tired reading your crap.

>>I think you guys should sometimes smell the air you are breathing. Its a human nature to find difference amongst different groups of people. Its human nature to judge other people.

Exactly! YOU should sometimes smell the air you are breathing. Learn to see the differences between groups and appreciate it. Don't judge people by some preconceptions and prejudices.

>>Talking about differences usually gaps the bridge. Its not only me, but a lot of people who were raised up in Nepal do think that American women are superficial (generally speaking), they seem to value "showy", "flashy" things more than the meaning of life.

Your use of "a lot of people" and "generally speaking" helps to reduce the generalization you are making. But note that these views are views of only people YOU have met (and not everyone) and that are also made by THEIR experience (not everyone's) with SOME american girls( not ALL american girls) they have met. I hope you saw my point here.

I am surprised myself how you could make such claims about American women. I have many american friends who do not use make ups at all and some who use moderate amount and some who use excessively. Its just a matter of personal opinion and its ridiculous using only a fraction to portray the entire and yet diverse group.

>>There are numerous problem with Nepali men-- I agree, and if you point them out, I would not go willy-nilly saying you are bashing Nepali men. Getting a different point of view of you or your ethnicity maybe will help in the self-realization process.

I too agree that there are numerous problems with Nepali men, and I too would not go willy nilly saying anyone is bashing Nepali Men. But how are you giving a different point of view if you are just repeating stereotypic thougts and preconceived notions? Give me one different perspective YOU have, which is different from what you believe EVERYONE thinks, and maybe that will really help understanding et hnicity -or whatever.

>>So don't try and act to be a femminist, just be yourself and stop whinning.

WHOA! what was that? "just be yourself" huh? what is this "self" you are referring to? The same "self" that you expect EVERYONE should have based on your preconceptions? Are these people not being their"self" just because they did not appear to be what YOU expected them to be? And about "stop whining" thing, isn't it also one of the generalizations that women whine a lot?

Personally,I am surprised how you could make such claims about American women and other groups. I have many american friends who do not use make ups at all and some who use moderate amount and some who use excessively. Its just a matter of personal opinion and its ridiculous using only a fraction to portray the entire and yet diverse group.

And if you think what is wrong with generalizations, read the thread and outbrusts against bahuns and other ethinic groups of Nepal. What do you think is the cause of all those racial slanders?

Morning everyone!
First, I would like to thank everyone who has supported my argument on this thread. It's wonderful when people come together to combat bigotry and sexism. You all kick ass!!
Second, Hmmm... I am being myself. I am a feminist who would make the same argument against any unfair generalization made against men or women from any culture. I do not think it is whining when you point out discrimination and stereotypes in a person's argument. When you post something to a public site that makes such a unjustified generalization, you have to expect some to question it. It's a debate, and just because a woman chooses to take on a man or anyone for that matter is not whining.
The only one who is whining quite frankly is you. You appear to be bitter towards white/black American women. We have Asian and Hispanic Americans as well, but you do not post their pictures. So I am left to assume that your issue is somewhat ethnic and not so much cultural, since Americans are not an ethnic group.

I am accepting that I am generalizing. Why can't I generalize? Everybody deos that all the time. But If I used the generalization and used it against a particular person then I can understand that I have a problem.

I think if you and I were sitting across in a room and talking about this, you would NOT make me to be this "sexist bigot". I am in no way trying to lead a crusade against women or being a preacher.

If I had pictures of Asian or Hispanic women, I would certainly have posted them as well. And I don't think I ever mentioned anything like only "White Cacausian" or "Afro/Black" American women have this problem either.

And to generalize some more-- Nepali men are generally disrespectful of women. When I say this it probably means 3 out of 4 Nepali men are sexist. Why can't you think that you are the 1 out of 4 and feel secure.

Well just to get on your nerve some more---

When I was down after the breakup with the Amercian Girl, this Nepali older guy told me this:

Brother, in the United States, you don't trust 3 W's"
1. Weather-- its very unpredictable, the sunny weather earlier in the day might change into a storm in the afternoon.
2. Work-- Its never secure, they can fire you whenever they can
3. and Women- well use your imagination"

You can either laugh it off at above or find me (a sexist immigrant) more repulsing.

hmmm.... What an argument?

No, you have not attack a particular person. But you are indeed bitter and resentful against a particular group for some strange reason. This is the fourth or fifth picture you have posted. This leads me to believe that you are on some type of crusade, perhaps not on women in general but certainly on American women.
I accept your response about ethnicity. Your problem appears to be in general with American women and the direction of your initial arguments appears to be to "discourage" Nepali men from dating or marrying American women. That is how I found your first few posts- they were titled something like "American Wives."
You are certainly sexist(you still haven't taken up my offer to photograph yourself in a similar manner). And since you were not born here, that makes you an immigrant. But I would certainly never make a stereotype about male immigrants being sexist, since that would be unfair to the many who are not.
I think I will end my participation her since your line of reasoning does not deserve anymore of my time. Again good luck in your endeavors in America

My "attack" was to those guys going after "superficial" and "fake" American gals. If you are not one of them, I don't think you should have any problem. And by the same token, American women should watch out Nepali men who are really after the GREENCARD than their hearts. Nepali men could be very shrewed and cunning in this matter as well.

I enjoy my anonymity, so I will refrain myself from posting a humiliating pictures on this public board. Thanks for the request though.

I am proud to be an" immigrant", and will probably be proud to be "sexist" when having disucssions with a group of bear drinking clowns. I use this board merely for my amusement than anything else, so the new label might suit me good. It will just add to the list of my aliases.

formerly hmmm...., now a sexist imigrant pig (i added the pig, please smile at my expense)

I agree with you hmmmm... I come here for fun and let me tell you that I enjoy reading your posts. If everyone writes to be politically correct, this would be a boring place to be. There are so many different things going on in this site, and that is the beauty of it.

for example, there is joke in another thread:
A Japanese girl accidentally lets out a big fart after making love. She said, "Aww, so sorry... exkooz me pleazo,Front hole so happy back hole laugh out loud".

This joke is killing me. Let's hope the Japanese boyfriend/girlfriend do not come forward getting offended. This is for fun and I took your posting in no different way.

By the way, I smiled at your new name. There was another thread a couple of months ago, which said good things about pig :)
