Hi everybody,

I'm currently in H1 visa. I'm planning to get married and file my GC through EB2. However, my girlfriend has Overstayed. So, should I marry her and try to change her status to H4 or go file the gc together. My concern is if she is denied, would my case would be denied too or not? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Kaila
