Hey guys, we see a lot of tv-adds on height increasing devices like Kiwi or Yoko. Do they really work or are they scams?? Has anyone increased his/her height using these devices?? Just curious and wanting to use if they are real...

But they say these devices dont have any side effects; is that true? I have also searched on the net but i found nothing about their side effect... I dont know how much is true and how much is fake...but i am just desparate...

Calculate your Body Mass Index, height to weight ratio, and body fat percentage. If it is in good numbers, i don't think you should try these devices man. Coz these things might screw up your health later...and ohh yeah i have seen few cases.

If it were all to be true then I'm sure that everyone in this world would be 6 feet tall  and most importantly, Tom Cruise wouldn't be 5' 7". Give a thought to that....An Average height for a Nepali guy is 5'4", anything taller than that is a ok..but not necessarily required. I'm sure that you're comparing yourself to the yanks...height doesn't matter at all, it's your brain that does the job. Napolean, Maradona, Martin Scorsese....just to name a few are way shorter than an Average person, but look at how they fare in the history books..

Poonhill,actually what happened to those people in the cases you have seen. But they say, these devices are based on foot reflexology and dont cause side-effects.. But i dont care about these side effects because sometimes i feel so embarrased with my height and i think height is the most important thing in your life and it is larger than life to me... Also,Balbhadra ji, it isnot easy like you said to maintain self-esteem when you are short, it suits only in theories... And this is my only hope...
