one of my friend recently filed for I-485 (she's nurse, do not need Labor n all) and is waiting for work-permit. She's getting married soon, can she tag her husband along wiht her I-485? Need advise on how to deal wiht this. thanks people.

yes she can. she needs to do it before her gc gets approved . and one more thing. her husband cant change his status until the dates become current for her again.(don't know what category she falls in since schedule A for nursing is already closed). Talk to some good lawyer.
