What is the effect of the Hit-and Run , or leaving the scene of an accident on Green Card?

Hit and run can put you in jail. It is a serious crime.

I am almost certain that if you were involved in Hit & Run accident and there has been a fatality or serious injury, and have been convicted for it, then you have probably committed a felony which will definitely reflect negatively in your permanent application petition.
