-After the restoration of democracy, bhattarai lost the election and girija became primeminister.
-In 'kalawalgudi adhibeshan', Bhattarai became party president and Ganeshman emphasized to have better coordination between party and government.
Girija fired six ministers(tara nath ranabhat, chirnjivi, gopalman,jagannath,dhundiraj,..) from cabinet without party consultation.
Bhattarai maintained silence because it was 'bisheshadhikar' of primeminister.
-Bhattarai was made candidate of KTM-1, he was lost election. girija close party workers(umesh giri, upendra bhattarai-district member of lalitpur who gave interview in 'dristi' against bhattarai just before election,...) were openly active for 'antarghat'.
-Began "antarghat" episode. party was in nearly spilt condition. born 36 and 74 group. bhattarai tolerate and forgave for all antarghats'
-36 group dissatisfied with girija and was absent in parliament's 'dhanyabad prastab' voting, girija became very furious, directly went to raj darbar and recommeded for parliament dissolution and mid term election
-NC Lost majority in election and deuba was made leader of parliamentary party.

-Deuba was made coalition government head after supreme court's verdict against UML's midterm recommendation.
after 18 months, deuba government fell down due to dramatic absence of two nepali congress MPs dipakjung shah and chakra bahadur shahi.

-After some months girija began to oppose bhattarai government and after nearly one year bhattarai had to resign with his tearful eyes.
-Girija said that he became PM to bring peace, good governnance and to control corruption. Then happened famous'lauda kanda' UML bycotted whole winter parliament session. dramatic rise in maoist violence. It was heard that there were some contradictions between palace and govt. for 'army parichalan'
-Girija had to resign under such cicumstances and deuba became PM again. three round talk between maoist and govt. Maoist unexpectedly attacked dang barrack. emergency declared. now NC party said it could not support govt. decision to extend emergency, deuba recommended for parliament dissolution. deuba is expelled from party for three year.

He called back two US ambassodors(Yog prasad upadhaya and damoder gautam without finishing their term) from US. when girija was in USA, yog p. u. was blamed for not making any arrangement to visit with US PRESIDENT. now deuba's success must make him jealous.

-promoted ram baran yadav to counter bimlendra nidhi in dhanusha.
--bijaya gachhedar had to leave girija camp due to his daughter sujata.
--JP gupta was promoted to counter pradeep giri in siraha/saptari, but now JP(one time girija's press advisor and close confidant) had to leave him.
purushottam basnet against bal bahadur kc in slokhumbu(but not so much successful!)
--arjun narasingh kc was promoted to counter ramsharan mahat in nuwakot when he became bhttarai close but ram sharan mahat now also fears girija.
--govinda raj was promoted to counter ramchandra paudel in tanahu. ramchandra paudel got 1000+ votes whereas GR joshi got 566(?) votes in congress pokhara general convention, but GRJ is saha- mahamantri in NC now and he can do everything.
--baladev majagainya was promoted against khum bahadur khadka in dang who was in fourth position in pokhara convention election, but baldev majgainya is made chief of party organization(huh! very powerful)
--tarini chataut was promoted against deuba in far western, but tarini chataut has a very pity situation now. Binaya dhoj chanda is being promoted to counter deuba side in western zone(don't know he can become successful or not ?)
Mahanta thakur opposed nepali congress's "bhumisudhar niti", but he is now chairman of NC Disciplinay commitee.
- Intellectual leader of NC narahari archarya was forced to resign from NC SPOKESPERSON because he said there should be some reform in running of present monarchy system( what a expression freedom in NC ?)
-When there was election between deuba and girija for parliamentary leader of NC , pralimentary secretary benup raj prasai(who was cabinet member of marichman's 'jana andolon dabau' cabinet) was teaching lesson of democracy for other NC leaders(who served many years in jail for the restoration of democracy) that there should be open voting !! what a laughable !!!
