So sad! here is the news from New England News::

Two people pulled from sunken car in Plymouth

PLYMOUTH, Mass. -- Two people are hospitalized in critical condition after being pulled from a submerged vehicle that drove off a boat ramp in Plymouth Harbor. The man and woman were unconscious when pulled from the Jeep Grand Cherokee late last night. They were taken to Jordan Hospital and later flown to Boston Medical Center.

They were identified as 27-year-old Hisha Nagarkoti and 25-year-old Sunil Gurung, both of Plymouth.

A witness, Justin Lang, said he saw the two people get into the car with the young man driving. Lake said the car backed up a few feet, then lunged forward into the water. Lang said he called 911 and ran to the pier, where he saw the woman struggling to escape from the vehicle in the water. Lang said he did not believe what happened was accidental.
