I think  you posted it from kantipur online.
This kantipur network is run by foreign donors and i believe has not made any positive impact on Nepal. In the name free press  - it has helped destabilize Nepal and added fuel to the fire that has almost engulfed the sovereign , heritage and cultural life style of Nepal.
 Instead of bringing together people , this network has put articles on headlines that have split  Terai from pahadis, Military from democratics. This network has helped the agendas of encroachers like india who has been waiting for this day to come.

 To put this article on headlines is another way this irresponsible network wants to question the policies of india.
 Yes , foreign policies change all around the world with different developments like end of second world war,  end of cold war, fall of Iraq etc. And with the change in our region and particularly Nepalese heading to durt and India rising as a power house for global growth. The treaties need some revision and that is what it is going on.
But i do not like this network and its spin on everything. It has done no good to Nepal.

Duke1, i think u r right about the biasness of Kantipur publication. When i was in Nepal, it was always favoring Congress which was the choice of Indian Parliment at that time i guess. That is why there is a reason why Maoist thrash their central office although they don't want to directly related, and Gynendra also seized the publication office when he took over the office.

Its like the JEWS taking all the publications media control in US. Any more analysis on this matter guys??

I know. In America too, most of the media favor Republicans. Newspapers hardly work independently.
