This is not only a bachelor's problem but most students' problem too. Here are a few recipes:

1. Boil potato, peel it, chop tomatoes and onions, add chilly powder, cumin power and salt. Fry it altogether and eat.

2. Fry eggs and cheura.

3. Boil noodles (ramen, wai wai, etc).

4. Boil pasta. In another pan, put the pasta sauce, milk and butter. Mix the two. Yummmmm.

5. Cook one week's worth of rice, take out a scoop and mix eggs and peas. Fried-rice NewRoad style ;)

6. Buy ready made naan, make one week's worth of thick "kalo daal." Eat the two together for a week.

7. Buy ready made parathas. Dip it in yogurt or achar.

8. On cut up lettuce, add cucumber and tomatoes. Use packet dressings. Eat bread with the salad. Healthy and takes less time to prepare and mostly healthy.

9. Buy frozen food and microwave it.

10. If none of the above works, try McDonald dollar meal.

Tips
1.You can cook rice in the microwave. Depending upon the strenght of your microwave, heat from 5-15 minutes in any bowl.
Do not use plastic bowl, it smell from heating so long
Stir sometime in the middle making sure the bottom rice are on the top, otherwise the top will be raw.

2.You can cook potatoes in the oven by wrapping them using a aluminium foil. I think this tastes better than boiling. Set it at 350 and constantly check by poking the potato. When it's soft in the middle, it's good to go. Keep an eye or else it will burn and catch fire.Be careful.

3.Buying cilantro(Dhaniya) for evey cooking can be a pain in the ass. You can keep it fresh for weeks.using this simple trick

Put the bundle of the cilantro inside a tea glass, so it's half submerged and fill it with water (like putting flower in a vase). If you cover the whole thing, including the glass with a plastic bag and storing in the refregirator, it's even better. Depending where you buy the cilantro, how long it will last varies. The Asian store ones( the short one) can last more than a month with this technique. But the American grocery long one can last a max of 2 week, sometime less. Make sure the glass is always filled with water.

what you mean by 'bachelors' problem'? so you think, the problem is going to be solved once/when you get married? ..jeez! i smell a strong gender bias/discrimination in your title amazing bro!

i honestly feel that cooking has been given a bit too much hype with regards to difficulty by lazybums (not that i am completely not one ). with a little bit of motivation and some interest, cooking comes not only with ease but with a lot of fun. seriously!!!! *pinches his throat*

happy cooking guyz!

CHICKEN CHILLI
Ingredients

1) 4 pounds of boil chicken
2) 3 eggs
3) flour
4) Little bit of hing.
5) salt, red chilly powder, Species.(Beshar and Mashla)
6) Soya sauce
7) Ginger
8) Garlic
9) Ajino moto (little bit)
10) Ketchup
11) Slice onion (Red one will be better)
12) Green chilly
13) Tomatoes ( cut it and take out inside part of tomato)

Cut chicken into small pieces, not too small. Then boil it for few minutes. Take it out and rinse the water and make it dry. Put garlic and ginger paste, all the species, eggs, ajinomoto, chilly powder, salt and mix it well. Then add flour and leave it inside the fridge for marinate one night so everything goes inside the chicken.

Next day take it out and deep fry it in low flame till its looks red. Don’t stir it too much; other wise outside layer of eggs and flour will come out of it.
While you are frying this chicken you can prepare your gravy.
Cut Green onion, regular red onion, cilantro and tomato.

Heat your frying pan and add a little bit of oil. Then after put onion and green chilly in there and wait till it little bit brown. (Don’t over cook) Then add Soya sauce and tomatoes (make sure you take out inside part of the tomatoes with knife after you cut it) don’t cook it too much. Add regular ketchup (if you have Indian hot one it will be better) and cook it few minutes.

By the time your chicken will be ready, put that inside the deep bowl and put that mixture you made on the top of that chicken. Don’t use your hand or spatula. It might take the outside layer of those chicken pieces. Mix it up well with shaking it up and down, till all those gravy covered every piece of the chicken.

Now chicken is ready to serve with red wine or alu-tama and rice.
For decoration chop cilantro in small pieces and put it on the top of the chicken.
Curry leaves (green one) from Indian store. (Not necessary but if you want to)
THIS CHICKEN IS GOOD FOR ONE DAY ONLY.
NEXT DAY IT DOESN’T TAST AS GOOD AS FRESH ONE.

Cook frest one if you liked it......

Reman noodle inventor left a note; Ladies give this to your husband you do not have to teach and tell how to cook. You should start from here adding your favourite flavours and ingredients as a first step of learning process. Once you know the art of cooking gradually you will master it by yourself. It takes a while to follow the receipe.

If you are in computer class and your teacher shows you simple programming like " Hello", I am Krishna. Which seems very easy as you start working on it , you may not get the resuslt immediately as your expection but you will get there as you keep practicing,  Dude cooking is the same and it is more art than scinece.
