Hey ! Everybody . I have a friend in texas he is in risk of deportation. The situation is that he was pulled over for the tag expiration  and as he did not have the registration papers nor the insurance papers he was taken to jail. He has been here for about 5 years he is out of staus and i think his visa currently expired . But you all know how it is ppl send their children her with loans and stuff and expect to make it on their own .. ya thats the case. so .. i needed some leagel advice and stuff ... Can any one help me ...  

 

Ya i did check .. he can be bailed out but the bail is about 10 thousand $$ .

Make sure he pays the bail (loans from friends/loan-sharks, etc.) and also get a good lawyer to start the immigration process here...I know of some cats who faced the same situation in Baltimore but are currently en route to receiving their GC.  How they did this, I have no clue but there is a way that you could do something about your status if you could come up with the bail money.  All the best!

The first thing you can do is to contact the Nepaese Soceity of Texas (NST) ans ask their help in this matter. They have helped similar cases before including posting the bail. So, contact them and ask their support. You can get their contact info by googling "Nepal Society of Texas". Call the president, Vice president, or secretary. I do not know where you live or if you know the NST team, but they have been and are very helpful in all these matters.

Than you guys .. will do and try that .. But you know that money is a big concern to every body .. so if we cant come up with the bail money is there any other way.

NEVER ever go to Nepali Society or whatever they call it. Salaharulai rajniti gardaima fursat chhaina.

They are going to make fun of you and the victim.

It will be thier talk time. I am speaking from my experience.

Bail is the only way out. And then start another process like lawyer.

If you bail him out, chances are pretty high that he wont be deported.

For money you can ask with frens or take loan for him.

 

And again dont go to NEpalese society to be humiliated and eventually unhelped.
