I'd tell you, but then I'd have to kill you. lol

All you need to do is send home an invitation from the school. Rest is like applying for a tourist visa from Nepal on the part of your parents. I don't think any additional documents are required, but your parents might need to prove their relationship with you to the embassy. Good luck.

A letter of invitation from your school stating that you will be graduating. soem schools will give out pass/tickets for commencement.. ot the International advisor's office will write a letter.

Just that letter and your i-20 from here..plus if you have a GPA 3.5+, i guess it wont hurt if you send your transcripts as well. but if your gpa isnt too good, dont botehr about the transcript...

For your parents, ask them to get a bank statement..."official" letters confiriming your dad's current occupation, mom's occupation..etc and you are all set.

Thank u guys. I am thinking of sending my transcript as GPA is good and also a letter from my side stating how much my parents mean to me and their presence on my graduation.

Any new information is welcomed.

Thank you much.

Chuchhi,

In addition to the financial documents, transcripts and letter from you and the school, it is most imperative that the consulates believe your parents are intending to return after the visit. I think most people have the documents ready but fail to convince there is no intention to overstay the visa.

Unfortunately, the rest depends on the mood of the consulate. Congratulations & Wish you all the best.
