The tenant will share this duplex house with a family members of four (Me with 3yr old daughter and Mom and Dad, most of the time we‘ll be hanging out downstairs where I have my master-bedroom, kitchen, laundry and living room. Mom and Dad has a room upstairs next to study room, but as you can figure out they are old person so there will not be any disturbance from them.
