Yes, I do concede that this is not my idea, but I never said it was. It was just a reminder. I understand you trying to save the tax payers money and all that, but you've gotta realize that there are about 3000,000 Nepalis(10% of the population) who currently reside outside of Nepal. I just feel that having no provision to vote for this vast number people would be as good as disenfranchising them.

I don't think any country in the world has that provision to vote from outside the country, unless you are in War Zone, serving for the country (Navy, marine or Army). Hence, thinking about voting from abroad is a pathetic idea, if anybody wants to make their vote count then they might as well be in Nepal on election day.
Election in Nepal was never fair and will never be fair.
