Brother, if you have been in this country for more than 5 years, use turbo tax. Unless you are a permanent resident or US citizen. IF you have been here less than 5 years and in F1 visa, the best way of doing it is manual. itz free too, lol. Use the 1040 NR EZ form. by name, itz very easy to file. chao.

Use 1040 NR and itemize your deductions because you are not allowed Standard Deduction. This will reduce your tax liability and may be able to get some refund.
Itemized deductions:- Mandatory educational expenses, lab fees, books and exercise books (not tuition fee). You may have tax seminar from international school advisor office. They may not advise you for itemized deduction.
