On behalf of the Nepali Baltimore community, coordinated by Baltimore
Association of Nepalis in America, we would like to invite you to the 26th
ANA convention being held during the July 4th weekend here in the Free
State.

The 2008 Baltimore ANA Convention is being held in Hunt Valley Marriott,
Hunt Valley, Maryland from Friday July 4th through Sunday July 6th

To kickoff the planning in anticipation of your attendance, we would like
to announce a contest for the theme of the convention. The convention will
have the special flavor of Nepalis in Baltimore but to reflect the wide
attendance from all over North America we would like to have your input
from the beginning. After all, the success of the convention depends upon
your participation. Following are the details.

Contest-

Submit a theme you would like for the Baltimore 2008 ANA convention that
encompasses the spirit and nature of Nepali Diaspora, and should be
reflected by the convention.

Process-

  1. Submit your theme by February 29th to ana.convention@gmail.com.
Include your city, state, zip.
  2. Top themes will be posted online.
  3. All visitors to the http://www.ana-convention.org site would get the
chance to poll on their favorite theme starting March 1st.  Polling
will close on March 14th.

Prize-

The two finalists will win event tickets. The final winner will get
additional monetary award.
