I used to hear the following sequence-

    100 normal nepalis ≡ 1 jhapali

    100 jhapalis  ≡ 1 syanjali

    100 syanjalis ≡ 1 banepali

    100 banepali  ≡ 1 jumli

And also:

1 mareko madhise > any jiudo nepali

Of course, this is too much an exaggeration!! Just that people used to say so in certain contexts.

no offense to any jhapalis but

one jhapali around here steals tissue papers and paper towels from college to use at home

the usual rate is one roll per week heard from someone

so 1 jhapali = 1 tissue paper @ one week

donno about syanjali

10 normal nepali  ( Jali, fataha, dhurta) = 1 palpali

10 palpali = 1 Jhapali

10 Jhapali = 1 Syanjhali

SO 100 NORMAL NEPALI = 1 JHAPALI

AND 1000 NORMAL NEPALI = 1 SYANJHALI

One dead Bhihari = 100 nepali = 1 kayastha

10 jhapali  =  1 saptariyali ( in day light you have to walk with close fist or with gloves or someone will get your fingerprint)

10 saptariyali = 1 syanjali

10 Syanjali = 1 ramjali

10 ramjali  = 1 khatreli

10 kowa = 1 =koili

10 koili  = 1 Khatreli.
