I think NC will be in second position coz Most of the UML ALREADY WON BUT THERE ARE STILL some NC left so.AND GUYS I THINK THOSE TERAI FORUM LIKE GACHHEDAR AND MAHANTH THAKUR WILL COME TO CONGRESS.

Let NC be second if FORUM Leaders enter it. Because it does not do any good to Nepal to have different regional party based on their colour.
